►Financial Consultant

Are you a successful financial consultant looking for a challenging role with one of Japan's leading independent financial advisory companies to the expat market? ►Client Services Manager

Providing excellent Customer Service is very important to the success of our business.
That's why we're looking for a Customer Service Manager who can really deliver in the world of independent financial services.

The person hired will impress us with relevant experience and skills in at least these four important areas:

  • Work Closely With Our Consultants:  Our financial consultants are often busy and working to tight client-driven deadlines. You're a rock of stability and professionalism in making sure they have the information and resources they need to deliver exactly what our clients require.
  • Liase Closely With International Business Partners:  Select has important business relationships with partner companies on several continents and across multiple time zones. You will be responsible for managing communications and deliverables with these companies.
  • Administer Client Records:  You'll make sure that client records are accurate and up-to-date. That means you'll be PC-literate and able to competently use the Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Dealing With Queries From Clients:  You'll be responsible for handling client queries in a professional and business-like manner.
  • Clients contact us in a number of ways - email, letters, faxes, phone, voice mail, in person - and you need to be able to deal with all of them as appropriate.
